What's in the breakdown

Many creator workflows start with metadata such as views, likes, tags, and upload time. CreatorFramework adds an AI review of the video itself across six dimensions plus pacing:

  • Hook analysis — how clearly the opening establishes its promise and builds curiosity
  • Structure — how the video is organized into acts and beats
  • Attention-risk signals — AI-estimated structural concerns, with ordered evidence and severity
  • Pacing — visual cut rate, model-identified re-engagement events, and candidate low-momentum segments
  • Tone — speaking style, register, energy
  • CTAs — when and how the video asks for engagement
  • Takeaways — what the viewer is supposed to do or remember

Why add content analysis to metadata

Metadata and channel metrics describe packaging, discovery, and observed outcomes. Content analysis examines a different layer: what is said, shown, and arranged inside the video.

Neither layer alone proves why a video performed as it did. CreatorFramework surfaces structural hypotheses — such as a delayed payoff or an abrupt topic shift — that you can investigate against your own audience data.

How it works

  1. Create a free account.
  2. Upload your own video or one you are authorized to analyze. The Free plan supports up to 500 MB per video.
  3. The system transcribes the audio, samples the visuals, and runs the analysis across all six dimensions plus pacing.
  4. Get a report with AI-estimated attention risks linked to ordered transcript and visual evidence. These signals are not observed retention data.
